Terms of Service

FPL Master is operated by Ahmed Tambal, a sole trader established in the United Arab Emirates, of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ahmed Tambal, and "you" means the person using the service.

The service is offered internationally. Wherever you use it from, the law of your own country may give you rights that this agreement cannot take away, and section 21 explains how that works.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. If you are under 16 you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

The service applies statistical models to publicly available football data and presents the result: projected points, probabilities, a suggested lineup, a captain, and transfer and chip suggestions. Everything it shows is an estimate produced by software.

The service is expressly not any of the following.

• A guarantee, warranty or promise of any particular result, rank, points total or outcome.
• Betting, gambling or wagering advice, and it is not a service for placing bets.
• Financial, investment, tax or legal advice of any kind.
• A source of official information about the Premier League, its clubs or its players.
• A replacement for your own judgement. You choose your team and you enter every move yourself on the official Fantasy Premier League site.

FPL Master is entirely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, any football club, any player or any broadcaster. All club names, competition names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the teams and competitions being described.

News items are aggregated from publishers' own RSS feeds. We show the headline, the publisher's own summary, the publisher's name and a link to the original article. We do not reproduce article text. Copyright in that material stays with the publisher, and if you are a publisher who would prefer not to be included, write to info@fantasypremierleaguemaster.com and we will remove your feed.

The probabilities we publish exist to help you pick a fantasy football team. They are not odds, they are not tips, and they are not priced against any bookmaker's market. Fantasy Premier League itself is a free-to-enter game of skill, which is why it is not gambling either.

• We take no commission, referral fee or affiliate revenue from any bookmaker, betting exchange or casino, and we never have.
• We do not carry gambling advertising and we do not sell advertising space to gambling companies.
• We do not tell you what to bet on, at what stake, or at what price.
• We do not integrate with, link to, or share data with any betting operator.

If you choose to bet on football, that is entirely your decision, taken outside this service and at your own risk, and our figures are not a basis for it. Our liability for any betting loss is excluded to the fullest extent the law allows. If gambling is causing you harm, GamCare offers free, confidential help on 0808 8020 133.

Fantasy Premier League is run by the Premier League under its own terms and rules. Those terms govern your account there. This agreement governs your account here. The two are separate, and where they conflict, theirs decides what happens to your team.

You remain responsible for playing within the official rules. In particular:

• we never ask for your Fantasy Premier League password, and you must not give it to us or to anyone claiming to be us;
• we do not enter, edit or submit your team for you. Every transfer, captain pick and chip is entered by you, on the official site, in your own time;
• you must not use our output to operate multiple accounts, to enter a league you are not entitled to enter, or to automate play, if the official rules forbid it;
• the Premier League may change its rules, its scoring or its game at any time, and if it does, parts of this service may become inaccurate or stop working until we adapt.

Our projections are built from publicly available football information: published match results and statistics, fixture lists, publicly reported prices and ownership, and team news that clubs and publishers have already made public.

We do not claim ownership of that underlying information, and we do not present it as official. Match data, club names, competition names, crests and kit colours belong to the Premier League, the clubs and their licensors. Any database right or copyright in a source dataset stays with whoever owns it.

What we do own is our own work: the models, the simulations, the projections they produce and the way we present them. That is what section 13 protects.

If a data source withdraws access, changes format or asks us to stop, the affected part of the service may degrade or disappear at short notice. That is a normal consequence of building on other people's information and is not a failure of this agreement.

Figures such as points above the average manager, points above the template team and simulation counts describe how our engine performed in tested seasons. They are historical measurements, not forecasts of what you will score.

• Past performance of the engine is not a reliable indicator of future results.
• Your result will differ from the engine's, because you choose when to follow it, when to ignore it, and you start from your own squad and budget.
• Every published figure is measured on the seasons and method stated on the accuracy page. We keep the records behind them and will explain any figure on request.

We publish the gameweeks we lost as well as the ones we won. If you believe a claim of ours is misleading, tell us at info@fantasypremierleaguemaster.com and we will correct it or withdraw it.

The service is built on automated systems, and you should understand what they do before you rely on them.

• Statistical and machine learning models, trained on historical public football data, produce the projections and probabilities.
• A simulation engine plays each gameweek out many times to produce the range of outcomes you see, rather than a single number.
• A large language model is used in two narrow places: turning our own numbers into readable sentences, and translating third party news headlines into Arabic.

Automated output can be wrong. It can be confidently wrong. Machine translation in particular can mislead, which is why translated headlines are labelled as machine translated and always carry a link to the publisher's original wording, which is the version that counts.

We do not make decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you by automated means alone. The models forecast footballers, not users.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Use a password you have not used elsewhere, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

We never ask for your Fantasy Premier League password and we do not connect to your official account. Anyone who asks you for those credentials while claiming to be us is not us.

For your security, sessions end automatically after 7 minutes without activity. This is a deliberate protection and cannot be turned off.

You agree not to do any of the following.

• Scrape, harvest, bulk download or systematically extract data from the service, by any automated means.
• Resell, republish, redistribute or make the service's output available to others as a product or feed of your own.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our models, parameters or methods.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, authentication or any paid tier.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, or interfere with its operation or its other users. Responsible disclosure is welcome and covered below.
• Use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or misrepresent our output as fact or as anyone else's work.
• Share your account with other people.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and we may do so without notice where the breach is causing harm.

If you find a security vulnerability, please tell us at info@fantasypremierleaguemaster.com before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Do not access, modify or delete data belonging to other people, and do not run tests that degrade the service for others. We will not pursue action against research carried out in good faith and within those limits.

The service, its design, its models, its output and everything else we create belong to us and are protected by copyright and other rights. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own private, non-commercial Fantasy Premier League play, and nothing more.

Anything you enter, such as your own squad, stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and to operate the service for you.

Some features are free and some require a paid plan. Prices, what each plan includes and the billing period are shown before you buy. We may change prices for future billing periods, and we will tell you before a change affects you.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel and receive a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the UK and the Consumer Rights Directive in the EU.

None of this affects your statutory rights if the service is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.

We work to keep the service available and up to date, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance. We depend on external data sources, and if one of them fails or changes, parts of the service may be delayed or unavailable.

Deadlines are your responsibility. Do not rely on the service being reachable in the final minutes before a gameweek deadline.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service's output. That specifically includes lost points, lost rank, a lost mini-league, missed deadlines, a transfer you would not otherwise have made, or any prize, wager or money you did or did not win.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, nor for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you began using the service.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you for all claims connected to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 pounds sterling.

If you use the service for any business purpose, you do so at your own risk and we exclude all liability to you to the fullest extent the law allows.

If you use the service in breach of these Terms and that causes us loss, a claim or a penalty, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result.

You may close your account at any time in Settings, and deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and refund any period you have paid for but not received.

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect, and you may close your account if you do not accept it. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction, because that is where the service is operated from.

In particular, nothing here removes UK or EU consumers' rights over faulty or misdescribed digital content, their cancellation rights under section 15, or their data protection rights under section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms are the whole agreement between us about the service.
